Mint Up!
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
1. Who we are
Mint Up! is a local event discovery platform. Contact us about this policy, data access, correction, export, or deletion at the address below.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
2. Account and consent data
Google Sign-In provides the basic profile data Google shares through OAuth: name, verified email address, and optional profile image. We do not request Gmail, Calendar, Drive, contacts, or other private Google data.
If you activate the Weekly Market Agenda, we record your verified recipient address, confirmed Market Area, purpose, disclosure and privacy versions, interface locale, activation origin, and timestamp. Authentication alone never records Agenda Email Consent.
3. Weekly Market Agenda
The agenda is a complete, non-personalized weekly snapshot for the Market Area you explicitly confirm. The public market landing does not use your IP address, cookies, browsing history, or a default market to choose or activate it.
Public event information comes from organizer-provided pages and structured metadata intended for discovery. Mint Up! does not access private content on third-party event platforms.
4. Email processing and delivery data
Production agenda delivery is currently disabled. If enabled, Mint Up! will use Resend to process agenda email and retain only the operational delivery, bounce, and complaint information needed to send safely; raw provider webhook bodies will not be retained.
Consent applies to the verified address recorded at activation. A later address mismatch cannot receive the agenda without a new explicit grant.
We do not sell or rent personal data, or share it with third parties for their own commercial use. Service providers process data only to operate Mint Up! or when law requires it.
5. Measurement and data minimization
Agenda emails use no open pixel. Mint Up! may record one binary Agenda Return when a delivered agenda leads back to an Event Page. We do not retain which Event produced that return or use it to personalize future agendas.
6. Withdrawal
You can unsubscribe from one Market Area or every Weekly Market Agenda from Account. The unsubscribe control in an agenda email stops that message's Market Area. These choices do not change other promotional email preferences; receiving a stopped agenda again requires a new explicit grant.
7. Retention, security, and your rights
We keep current consent evidence only for operational, safety, and legal needs. Operational agenda records are minimized and removed or de-identified under the applicable retention schedule. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including Google OAuth rather than storing your Google password.
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some consent evidence may be retained when required to demonstrate and honor your choices.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The version and date shown above identify the disclosure that applies to a new agenda activation.
